Bandcamp Music Rediscovery
With over 750 purchases — a mix of single tracks, albums, record label compilations and DJ mixes — in my Bandcamp library, dating back nearly five years, I've got a lot built up in there.
Over the last week I've been hitting shuffle within the iOS Bandcamp app and allowing random tracks to soundtrack my day, and it's provided me with something unplanned. I've been able to rediscover music that I bought years ago, tracks that maybe I didn't know what to do with at the time, tracks that weren't quite as I expected or wanted but now fit into what I need or want.
I've not overhauled my library with this, but it has offered me the chance to sprinkle in a few older tracks and forgotten purchases, all with the added benefit of not having to buy them again!
